In short, with this one app, you can take the best of HBR with you wherever you go. - If I purchase a subscription from within the app, will I get print and online access as well?
If you purchase a subscription from within the app, you will not be given the option to include print and online access to your subscription purchase or account. If you’re currently a subscriber, you can access the Android Edition for free for the remainder of your current subscription term. Go to the subscription page by tapping on the shopping cart icon and tap on the “Sync My Subscription” option and fill in your First Name, Last Name and Email Address associated with your Harvard Business Review print subscription. - How do I know if I successfully “Sync” my subscription to the HBR App?
After you have sync your subscription, it will now say on the upper left “Full Name” - Do I need a username and password to sign in to the HBR App?
No, we do not require a username and password. If you have a print subscription, you just have to sync your subscription by filling in your First Name, Last Name and Email Address associated with your Harvard Business Review subscription. If your subscription is through Google Play, you do not need to sync your subscription, the issues that you are entitled to will automatically appears as “Download”. - I am a print subscriber and having trouble syncing my account. What should I do?

Typically, it will take less than five minutes to download an item in the app. - My magazine download was interrupted. Do I have to start over?
No. The app has been constructed so that when magazine downloads are interrupted, they will automatically resume the next time you are connected. - What happens if I exit the app while an issue is downloading?
The download will pause until the app is re-opened and that item is tapped again. The issue will resume downloading from where it left off. - Can I download multiple issues at once?

The Library icon looks like three books standing next to each other, and is found to the left of the shopping cart icon. From within the library, simply tap an issue to open and read it. - Are you available on Google Play?
Go to the Google Play Apps and search for Harvard Business Review - What happens when it is time to renew my subscription?
If you subscribed through Google Play, the annual or monthly subscription of Harvard Business Review will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Google Play will automatically charge your account at the same price you purchased your subscription at for each annual renewal period 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. - How much does the app cost?
The Harvard Business Review app is free to download in the Google Play. Once the app is downloaded, you can purchase subscriptions, single issues and other products. Yes. Simply find the item in the magazine cart page and touch 'download'. The app will remember that you have already purchased it. - How often does the live content from HBR.org update?
Live web feeds update every hour. If you are offline, the last update will be cached on your device until you connect again. - It’s taking a while for me to download a magazine issue. Is there any way I can speed this up?
Make sure that you have a strong WiFi connection. If there are other devices currently on that connection, consider disabling them temporarily until the issues are downloaded. If possible, move your Android closer to the router. This will ensure that the strongest possible connection is enabled. Check to see if there are any other downloads in progress on your Android. If there are, wait until they have completed before downloading items from the HBR App. - I deleted the Harvard Business Review app by accident. How do I restore my magazines?
You will need to go to “My Apps” to restore the HBR App purchase. After you have reinstalled the HBR App, open the App, go to the magazine store page and all of the issues that are available to you will show “Download”. You will need to re-download your issues again. You will not be charged again for an item that you have already purchased. - What devices can the app be used with?
At this time it can only be used with your Android tablets.
